Police have arrested Headteacher for Mzamba CDSS in Chigumula, Blantyre who has been identified as Dickson Thabwa, for misappropriating examination fees for 2019 and 2020 MSCE candidates.
According to the Malawi National Examination Board, Thabwa had presented fake bank deposit slips of K2,219,125 and K1,838,750 to the board.
