State President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera will today attend burial of Malawi Congress Party (MCP) long serving member Roseby Dinala, popularly known as Mai Dinala in political circles at the St Columbus CCAP in Blantyre.
Mai Dinala died on Tuesday at Seventh Day Adventist in Blantyre after a short-illness.
State House spokesperson Sean Kampondeni confirmed of the development in a statement released on Tuesday made available to faceofmalawi.
According to the Office of the President and Cabinet, President Chakwera will arrive at the Church at 12 noon.
Mai Dinala actively served the Malawi Congress Party for 57 years.
